It's trip by trip. There's no ongoing membership commitment — you simply choose the dates that suit you and join that trip. Join us once, or return for future chapters as new cities follow.

J'Adore curates the experience, not the invoice. We choose one hotel for the group and provide the booking link directly, so you book and pay for your own room. Each evening, we reserve a table for the group at a celebrated restaurant — no selection needed, it's simply part of the trip. Shopping appointments and excursions are pre-booked by the club too. The only à la carte choice is wellness — you select from our curated menu, we book it on your behalf, and you pay the venue at checkout. Hotel, dining, and experience costs are not included in our fee. What the club fee covers is everything else: our complete curation, all the legwork, and dedicated hosting throughout your chapter. You never research a hotel, call a restaurant or chase a reservation — you simply choose, and we take care of everything. A single flat fee, paid upfront once you commit and sign on for the trip.

Our recommendations are chosen with complete editorial independence — selected purely on merit, atmosphere, and exceptional service. We do continuous on-the-ground research to bring club travelers the city's finest hotels, dining, wellness and shopping, updating the list as new places open. The hotel, evening dining and shopping are chosen and pre-booked by the club. What you choose yourself: your wellness and beauty appointments — reserved on your behalf and paid directly at the venue's checkout — and the optional Sunday Palm Beach Escape, an additional $1,300 USD paid to the club, non-cancellable once confirmed. Everything else you are free to skip or enjoy at your own pace. Getting around is on you: airport transfers and travel to and from any experience are arranged and paid by you directly, most often with your own rideshare account or a car from the hotel concierge. The one exception is the Sunday Palm Beach Escape, where group transport along the coast is included.

The club's five-day program includes pre-booked shopping and excursions alongside evening dining. Shows are not part of the group program for now because the focus is social connection. If you arrive early or stay longer, your host can recommend a show and help arrange it separately. Any excursions are operated independently by licensed third-party providers and paid directly to them.

Of course. Just let your J'Adore host know, and we'll arrange it on your behalf. Extending your stay carries an additional club fee for the extra day(s); the exact amount is confirmed with you personally and in advance, before anything is paid. This is separate from your own hotel and any additional bookings, which are settled directly with each venue. The club's official programming runs Thursday to Monday afternoon as scheduled.

To protect the intimate, women-only atmosphere our members travel for, club dinners are kept exclusively female. If you have a female friend living in the city whom you would love to introduce to the table, she is welcome to join us for one evening, provided you let your host know at least one week in advance. Because we always book as a single table, an extra seat can be added whenever the venue allows — though we can't guarantee it, since our tables are intentionally kept small and priority is always given to our traveling members.

Miami opens this November. Future chapters are chosen with member input and drawn from a shortlist of world-class cities across the Americas, Europe and the Middle East. Members hear about each new chapter first.

Whenever possible, we work through our hospitality relationships to secure preferred club rates, upgrades or special amenities for our members. Each chapter stays together at one hotel chosen by the club, and we provide the private link for you to book and pay for your room directly. Rates and availability remain subject to the hotel's terms.

The hotel is chosen by the club, and each room is booked by you directly, in your own name — so your reservation agreement is held with the property itself. If any issue arises, your host is always on hand to help liaise with hotel management on your behalf. However, any formal changes, room adjustments or refunds remain governed by the hotel's own policies.

We understand that travel delays happen, and we will always do everything we can to help you adjust your schedule and update any reservations made on your behalf. Because hotel reservations and third-party bookings are made directly with the providers, changes, late arrivals and cancellations remain subject to each property's own terms.

We ask all our members to make sure they have their own travel health insurance, just as they would if traveling on their own — and each member remains responsible for her own health needs and medical expenses. In the event of any emergency, and only upon your consent, you may share with us an emergency number and a person for us to reach out to. In an urgent situation where you're unable to give consent yourself, we may share your designated emergency contact and essential details with the medical professionals caring for you. Your host is always there to help you find care, contact your loved ones and adjust your plans; medical care and its costs remain covered by your own insurance, which is why we ask every guest to travel with it. We gladly keep your emergency contact on file — always with your prior consent.

We take privacy very seriously. No pictures of any member are posted without their consent; with your consent, given when you confirm your curation, the club may capture discreet photographs and video during group moments of the trip for editorial, promotional and marketing purposes. We never share any member's telephone number or email with other members or anyone else, with one exception: when we book an à la carte experience you have chosen, we share only the details that venue needs to hold your reservation — always with your consent. If you decide to share your details with someone yourself, that is entirely up to you.

The $2,000 USD club fee covers your complete curation, concierge reservations and hosting. Cancellations made up to 5 business days before the trip receive a full refund of that fee; cancellations made fewer than 5 business days before the trip are non-refundable. If an unforeseen event beyond our control — severe weather or similar — forces us to cancel or reschedule a trip, you'll receive a full refund of the club fee or credit toward a future trip. Your room at the club's chosen hotel and all dining, shopping, excursions and wellness are paid directly to their providers and remain subject to each provider's cancellation policy. Your host will gladly help with any changes, but those providers' refund decisions remain their own.
