Privacy Policy

Discretion is at the heart of J'Adore Voyage Club. We collect only what we need to welcome you, host you and keep in touch with you, and we never sell, rent or trade your information.

When you request an invitation: your name, email address, phone number, country, age group, the chapter you are interested in and any extended-stay wishes.

When you confirm your private curation: the experiences you choose, any special requests, and the date and time you accepted the club's terms.

With your consent only: the name and phone number of an emergency contact.

When you pay the club fee: payment is processed securely by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card details.

To review your request, create your private member profile, prepare your invitation and personal curation, reserve experiences on your behalf, and send you your confirmations and itinerary.

With your consent, we also write to you about your trip, your future chapters and new chapters opening in other cities. You may ask us to stop at any time.

We never share any member's telephone number or email with other members or anyone else.

The one exception: when we book an à la carte experience you have chosen, we share only the details that venue needs to hold your reservation — always with your consent, once you make your choices.

In an urgent medical situation where you are unable to communicate, we may share your designated emergency contact and essential details with the medical professionals caring for you, as you authorize when you confirm your curation.

If you choose to share your own details with fellow members, that is entirely your decision.

No pictures of any member are posted without her consent. With the consent you give when confirming your curation, the club may capture discreet photographs and video during group moments of the trip for editorial, promotional and marketing purposes.

Your profile is stored privately and is accessible only to the club. Your private curation page is reached through a personal link that is sent only to you — please do not forward it.

You may ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or withdraw any consent, at any time by writing to Farah@Jadoreclub.com. We will respond personally.
