Terms & Cancellation

The club fee is $2,000 USD per trip, paid to J'Adore Voyage Club once your invitation is approved and your selections are confirmed. It covers the complete curation, every reservation made on your behalf, and a dedicated host for the whole trip — you simply choose, and we take care of everything.

Your room at the club's chosen hotel, dining, à la carte experiences, flights and airport transfers are not included and are paid directly to each provider.

Cancellations made up to 5 business days before the trip receive a full refund of the club fee. Cancellations made fewer than 5 business days before the trip are non-refundable.

If an unforeseen event beyond our control — severe weather or similar — forces us to cancel or reschedule a trip, you will receive a full refund of the club fee or a credit toward a future trip.

The optional Palm Beach Escape is an additional $1,300 USD paid to the club. Because it is prepaid to vendors, it is non-cancellable and non-refundable once confirmed.

Please confirm your selections within 24 hours of receiving your private invitation. After this window, room holds and appointments may be released and availability may change.

Your hotel room is booked and paid directly with the hotel, in your own name, under the hotel's own terms and cancellation policy.

À la carte wellness, beauty and style experiences are offered by independent providers and paid directly to them. Each selection is a request on your behalf and is confirmed based on the venue's availability; their terms and cancellation policies apply.

Airport transfers and travel to and from any experience are arranged and paid by you directly. The one exception is the Sunday Palm Beach Escape, where group transport is included.

Every guest travels with her own comprehensive travel and medical health insurance. J'Adore Voyage Club is not responsible for medical care, emergencies or their costs. If you share an emergency contact, it is given only to the medical professionals caring for you, should you be unable to communicate for yourself.
